Balanced Budget / Saving for the Future: Manage the district’s financial resources by developing a yearly balanced budget, and maintain a commitment to a responsible savings enhancement plan.

Professional Recruitment and Retention: Recruit and Retain highly effective and dynamic professionals in all areas of our district: Support, Administration, Instruction, and Leadership.  (SAIL)

Partnerships with Foundations: Encourage the efforts of the GPFPE, STEAAM, and GP Alumni and Friends to support the district through project-based grants and to develop additional methods of financing district initiatives.  

Partnerships with Local Businesses: Develop expanded relationships with local businesses to provide education, internships, and sponsorships which support our future business leaders.  

Financial Education: Explain school finance using accessible and transparent language to support a greater community understanding of the state and local budgeting process.
